Mission

The Gate project will serve as a catalyst to mark the beginning and jumpstart development and growth in the area, attracting and inspiring people to set up their commerce and view this part of the city as the new desirable destination. A conducive environment fosters positive human behavior, reduces crime, and increases pedestrian activities.

The functional, futuristic design will create a dialogue with the surrounding area's industrial and commercial buildings, increase pedestrian destinations, and revitalize the city as it expands.

The basic component of the multifunctional space for work and living connects with the community, reflecting the passing of seasons, triggering positive memories, adding authentic value, and bringing changes to the neighborhood's economy and the city's growth through urban and environmental regeneration. Sustainability and demographic, social, and environmental functions are keynotes for this project

Simply put, architecture should be used to the best of what is for human development, for architecture is a tool.

Design

The metallic skin reflects the changes of the season, the passing of time, and our daily weather change while protecting the habitants and internal buildings from the constant environmental changes.

The outer skin protects the inside cube-like shapes designed around a more functional living.

Just as important is the connection between the building and its surroundings, the relationship of the building with its location is as meaningful as the relationship of the interior with the people who inhabit it.
